I use to use kohl ithmid in my early teens from what my grandmother had brought from Saudi. Lasted a very long time for me. But when the product ran out, I didn’t have any option to purchase the pure form. Decades later I come across this company and liking the product just as I did in my teens. I haven't gotten mine yet so I can't review the product yet, but please be careful if you order from another country. Check the regulations in your country. I was sure there might be some fees to bring in but I was not expecting to need to an FDA license that costs more than the product. Overall, I’d say the product is a bit of a contradiction: beautiful traditional brass packaging and good quality kohl inside, but let down by a low quality, unsafe glass applicator that really needs improvement.
The worst part: the price! It isn't worth half the money. I will not be a customer here for sure.

I actually love this, and love that the color is not pure back. It's a very pretty, deep dark Grey. The only issue I have is my own, learning how to apply correctly. It is refreshing to the eyes for me. Nice product. One tip, when you first open it do it over something that will collect, like a piece of paper you can fold to pour back in bottle. I lost quite a bit with first open over sink because you have to pull hard.

Actually really easy to apply! Love the look it provides and honestly am very satisfied/impressed with how it looks on. Won’t lie, when you first put it on, you can def feel some granules in the eye, but after some blinking there is no longer any irritation! So I’ll take that as a win. I’m a little skeptical about wearing contacts with this on but I’ll cross that bridge when I get there.

Alhamdulillah, I’m grateful to find authentic and pure ithmid kohl with the intention to fulfill this Sunnah! It is recommended to put it on an odd number of times and at night. It is a powder so it won’t be like typical cosmetics that are bold black and stay in the waterline. This may sift around and also go in the eye-which is not harmful.

It’s been three days since I started using this and it’s the first time in a long time that people have complimented my makeup. I was looking for kohl that doesn’t have lead in it as most of the fast market ones do and came across this brand I really enjoy it and use it everyday. Does not burn or sting my eyes. Last about 8 hours on my eyes and I have watery eyes. If you do wear contacts I suggest putting it on and then your contacts just in case the powder gets under your contacts.

Everything was really nice about the kuhul. The package came very quick, the packaging was very nice and a little unexpected, I got the family pack which came with a glass container with the kuhul and a bronze one x3. I was only expecting the glass containers so that was nice. My only issue was that in one of the glass containers the kuhul was not very fine, there were some bigger pieces even though super small, one ended up in my eye and wasn’t pleasant. So make sure to tap off any pieces and hopefully in the future the ithmid gets fully crushed to a smooth finer consistency. I like the look of it on, I love that it is halal and that it is small business owned. Any negative comments are only meant to help make products better as I plan to continue to purchase from here for a long time!

Fast shipping and a lovely customer service. I accidentally wrote down the wrong delivery address, I contacted Golden oasis to tell them this and they immediately replied to say that it was taken care of.

I had never worn kohl before but wow…. it does not bleed to the under eyes at all and is a beautiful smoky gray shade, definitely suitable for everyday use and does not irritate the eyes at all.

I received the order very quickly, I was impressed by how fast after placing my order it got shipped out. It came in a nice velvet/suede type pouch securely packed in a glass bottle. A brass golden applicator and storage bottle was provided. I carefully and successfully transferred the ithmid kohl to the brass bottle. It looks very nice on my counter. The ithmid kohl is a medium-dark grey (not black, for those going for the intense black look, this isn't it). The powder feels the same as other powder kohls I have used. I can't really comment on how long it lasts since I've had variable results, with it fading by the end of the day (but I'm also doing wudu and washing my face) and I've also had it last longer. It's very nice but I don't plan to buy again since usually I go for an intense black look when using kohl for cosmetic reasons.

I really like this product, I appreciate the fact that it is lead free. I do wish it was a bit more finely ground. Especially because it is worn in the eye. It is comfortable as is but is more grainy than a typical eyeliner or other kohls. The brass container is beautiful and looks lovely displayed. The price is a bit high for a single cosmetic product. But because it is lead free I am okay with it. I would order this product again.

Love that it comes with the brass applicator since it’s antibacterial. The glass bottles are cute but I didn’t try the applicator. The powder is very finely sifted and applies easily, but I would say the color is more of a very dark gray instead of black. Customer service was very kind and quick to respond after I misunderstood my order items, even sent me an additional applicator. Will def be ordering again

It’s nice but it’s not black, it’s definitely grey. I feel like the packing could be a bit better to make it easier to use. Hard to put the plastic spatula back in first few times so I ended up throwing it away and using the gold stick given. Needs a few dips to make it pigmented on the waterline. Overall, still good but could be better.
