At Golden Oasis, we specialize in authentic, certified Kohl Ithmid — a personal-use product. For health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or defect as defined below. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
A defective item is defined as a product that arrives broken, leaking, or with a clear manufacturing fault. Dissatisfaction with personal results does not constitute a defect.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your tracking information. Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery will not be accepted.
To submit a claim, email us at support@goldenoasis.store with your order number and clear photo proof of the damage or defect. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost, or issue a store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Golden Oasis is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
