Processing Time All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
U.S. Shipping Orders to the United States typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
International Shipping Orders outside the U.S. typically arrive within 7–15 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Golden Oasis has no control over customs delays or additional charges.
Free Shipping Free worldwide shipping applies to Double Set and Family Pack orders. Standard orders qualify for free shipping promotions as advertised at the time of purchase.
Tracking All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Delays Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. Golden Oasis is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@goldenoasis.store and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Golden Oasis is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
